Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service until the end of that period. To cancel, use the Stripe Customer Portal from your account settings.

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 14 days of your charge to request a refund. Refunds, when granted, are processed through the original payment method.
